Dr Zulhabri is a Fellow of Research, Research Management Institute (RMI) and Senior Lecturer in Construction Law, Faculty of Architecture Planning and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Dr Zulhabri holds Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons), Master of Science in Construction Law & Arbitration (London) and Doctor of Philosophy in Built Environment (Construction Law). He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators United Kingdom and Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Dr Zulhabri’s research and teaching interest are legal issues in built environment, management aspects in construction and sustainable development. He appears as a trainer/facilitator in Construction Law on part time basis in various academic and professional institutions such as University of Malaya, Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Dr Zulhabri is the current Head of Legal Aspects in Built Environment Initiative Group, active researcher in Construction Law and Construction Management. He is a regular speaker in social science research methodology, research writing strategies and one of the research methodology experts for research postgraduate studies of UiTM. He sits as one of the Judging Panel of Society of Construction Law Essay Writing Competition for Vincent Powell Smith Prize (Malaysia), Chairman/Technical Program Chair for IEEE Business, Engineering and Industrial Applications (ISBEIA), IEEE Business, Engineering and Industrial Applications Colloquium (BEIAC), IEEE Symposium on Humanities, Science and Engineering Research (SHUSER) and IEEE Colloquium on Humanities, Science and Engineering Research (CHUSER). Dr Zulhabri serves as an Editorial Board Member for various built environment engineering journals and conferences mainly focusing on construction law and management papers. He is currently an External Examiner/Advisor for Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (Hons), Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and had experience working as a Quantity Surveyor at Berjaya Times Square project with Invescor-Dumez Jaya-Who Hup JV, MTD Capital Berhad and DRB Hicom Berhad.
